Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the terms on which Averitt Technologies Private Limited ("Averitt", "we", "us", or "our") offers cancellations and refunds for purchases of Leap14, our digital fourteen-day behavioural program. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Nature of the product
1.1. Leap14 is a digital service. It is delivered electronically through your online dashboard, together with reminder messages intended to be delivered over WhatsApp. Nothing is physically shipped to you.
1.2. Because the product is digital and access is granted promptly after payment, the cancellation and refund terms set out below apply in place of any terms that would otherwise apply to physical goods.
2. Our money-back guarantee
2.1. We offer a full money-back guarantee where a refund is requested within three (3) days, that is, within seventy-two (72) hours, of the time of your purchase.
2.2. If you request a refund within this window in accordance with this Policy, you will receive a refund of the full amount you paid for the program.
2.3. The seventy-two-hour window is calculated from the date and time at which your payment is successfully completed, as recorded by our payment processor.
3. After the money-back window
3.1. After the expiry of the three-day (seventy-two-hour) window described above, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
3.2. This applies regardless of the extent to which you have used or not used the program, save where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. How to request a refund
4.1. To request a refund, you must email us at hello@leap14.com from the email address registered to your account, within the three-day (seventy-two-hour) window.
4.2. Your request should include your registered email address and, where available, the payment reference or order details, so that we can locate your transaction.
4.3. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and your eligibility for a refund before processing it.
5. How refunds are processed
5.1. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5.2. Refunds are typically processed within five to seven (5–7) business days of approval, although the time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.3. Refunds are processed through our payment processor, Razorpay, and are subject to its processing timelines.
6. Cancellation
6.1. You may stop using the program at any time.
6.2. Stopping or discontinuing your use of the program does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund outside the three-day (seventy-two-hour) money-back window described in this Policy.
7. Gift purchases
7.1. Where the program is purchased as a gift, the three-day (seventy-two-hour) money-back window applies from the time of the original purchase.
7.2. Once a gift code has been redeemed by a recipient, the purchase is treated as used and is non-refundable, save where required by applicable law.
